The following family members of St. Joseph’s Residence recently passed away: John Conway (3-3-13) and Jean Vidal (3-16-13). Please remember them and their families in your prayers
Sister Susan Czerwinski is a valued member of the St. Joseph’s team. She was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She grew up on a farm and loves animals—especially dogs. She is a diehard Green Bay Packer fan, and loves cheese and Polish sausage. She graduated from the University of WI-Stevens Point with a major in communications.
After graduation, she came to Dallas to work for the Catholic Church helping the poor. When she learned of the Bethlemite Sisters, she began working at St. Joseph’s (1988-1993). She then entered the Bethlemite Order, and went to Columbia to take her vows and to learn Spanish. She returned to St. Joseph’s in 1997. Sr. Susan is currently the medication aide manager for the residence.
St. Joseph’s Residence has established a special advocate hotline to address any concerns or complaints that one feels needs special attention. Hotline callers can leave a message 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 214- 379-2814.
New Building Project:
The St. Joseph’s Residence building expansion structure is now complete. However, the second floor itself is not yet furnished. If you are able to help fund this endeavor, please contact Bob Hohman, Business Manager, at 214-948-3597 or email@example.com. A contribution in the name of a loved one would make a lasting tribute to that individual.
