  • Unit A
  • Starting at $1200. per month Approx. 180 sq. ft. Private ½ bath There are two A Units
  • Unit B
  • Starting at $1,150. per month Approx. 200 sq. ft. Shared ½ bath There are thirty B Units
  • Unit C
  • Starting at $1,450. per month Approx. 325 sq. ft. Private full bath w/shower There are twelve C Units
  • Unit D
  • Starting at $1,650. per month Approx. 400 sq. ft. Private full bath or ½ bath There are two D units
  • Additional Person Fee
  • Starting at $1,650. per month Approx. 400 sq. ft. Private full bath or ½ bath There are two D units
  • Base Level Fees
  • (Rent) The starting fee is for the Base Level fee, paid in advance, monthly. This includes all amenities except medicines, telephone service, television services, dry cleaning and beauty/barber services, and personal care items.
  • Additional Level Fees
  • Each individual is given a personal Assessment by staff. Residents may require greater levels of services, and St. Joseph's provides for higher levels of care for an additional monthly charge per level. For each level above the Base Level Fees, Additional Level Fees increase by two hundred dollars ($200) per month.
  • Waiting List Deposit
  • A deposit of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) reserves the right of first refusal on a Unit of your choice (in the order in which the Waiting List Deposit was made) when the Unit becomes available. The deposit is fully refundable if the Applicant is not able to move to St. Joseph s.
  • Security Deposit
  • An Applicant who has not previously deposited a Waiting List Deposit is required to place a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Security Deposit if the Applicant is permitted to move in immediately. Security Deposit refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the Residency Documents.
